Xiannv Lake Town
Located at the shores of Xiannv Lake in southern Binjiang District, Hangzhou, the town is in close proximity to the southern extension of Shidai Avenue Elevated Expressway. It has more than 40 hectares of lakefront development potential and a 5km shoreline. Within a 2-km radius, the town boasts a range of high-end lifestyle resources including Southern Hangzhou Yintai City, Wycombe Abbey School, Sanjiang Chuangzhi New City, V-Maker Industrial Community, and an outdoor sports town, as well as natural attractions such as Xiannv Lake, Sanqing Park, Qidu Brook, and Yunshi Tourism Resort. Centered around the lake, the town is designed based on three major themes - culture, ecology and lifestyle – and aims to create an ideal town for living, tourism, business and recreation.

A sightseeing walking trail along the shore line loops around the lake, making the lake and mountains your companions and scenery for leisurely strolls or jogs

Unprecedentedly, Yintai has created a mountain-water conurbation based on a rare full-lake design. Living and working, business and art are featured around the lake
Huxiao Yun Villa
The project features a group of low-density Song Dynasty style villas. Its overall layout and landscape design perfectly recreate the secluded and aesthetic ambience of Chinese architecture. Valuable plants such as large trees, black pines, Chinese tallows and Rhododendron pulchrum as well as a variety of flowers that bloom year-round have been carefully selected. These line the tranquil winding trails, embodying the sentiments of classic Chinese courtyard living, and creating a serene and elegant model of the contemporary Eastern lifestyle.
Huxiao Yue Villa
Chinese-style hillside villas nestled amid mountains with the lake as the backdrop. Views with a maximum height difference of approximately 56 meters boast unobstructed front-row mountain and lake views for each villa. Compared to traditional architecture, Huxiao Yueshu features expansive vertical courtyard views and large panoramic terraces, meticulously blending natural lake and mountain landscapes and the Eastern residential cultural spirit with international aesthetic trends. This recreates the sense of serenity when retreating into nature amid mountains and waters in an authentic natural setting, creating an opulent and luxurious “palatial residence in the clouds”.
